CLASS SCHEDULE

Wednesday: 5:30 pm F3 Epic Vinyasa at Full Circle Yoga

Description: 1 hr 15 min. This is the challenge class! Come ready for inversions, fast pace, longer holds, longer sequences, huge variety, hot and humid, strength and endurance building along with deep centering, Yoga principles, spirituality and a long Savasana!

Friday: 5:45 pm Flow and Fly at Longmont Climbing Collective

Description: In this fun, challenging, all levels flow and fly class, we will take you through a dynamic flowing sequence that will transition into a "break down" of our pose of the day. Whether you still have your toes on the ground, or are already taking flight, we will blend strengthening techniques and opening postures, to build the foundation necessary to soar!

Saturday: 8:00 am F2 Power Vinyasa at Full Circle Yoga

Description: 60 min. Intermediate level classes with faster flowing sequences, occasional challenging postures and inversions. Room is approximately 80 degrees with moderate humidity.

Sunday: 9:30 am Vinyasa Flow at Longmont Climbing Collective

Movement has the power to heal.

In this all level vinyasa flow, we will focus on mobility, body awareness, strengthening, and creating mindfulness through connection to the breath.

Whether you are just beginning your yoga journey or have an established practice, this class will have something to offer you.
